4. Order Tracking
Every shipment receives a tracking number when dispatched. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for tracking information to be updated as packages transit through international logistics networks.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Due to international shipping, slight delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe plus 10 business days, or if it's marked delivered but not received, please contact info@synthifygoods.com so we can investigate and file a claim if needed.
